Refund & Return Policy
At GlamCart, we want you to love what you wear. Since we curate the best fashion for you, our return policy is simple:
1. OUR COMMITMENT At GlamCart (accessible via https://glamcart.in/), we want you to love every outfit you wear. We curate premium Suits, Dresses, and Jewellery with the highest quality standards. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, our return and exchange process is designed to be fair and transparent.
2. RETURN & EXCHANGE WINDOW (5 DAYS) We offer a strict 5-Day Return/Exchange Policy. You must request a return or exchange within 5 days of the delivery date. After 5 days, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
3. MANDATORY UNBOXING VIDEO (SECURITY PROTOCOL) To protect both the customer and the brand from transit-related damages or missing items:
Requirement: A clear, uncut Unboxing Video is mandatory for any claims regarding damage, wrong product, or missing items.
Details: The video must start from the moment you begin opening the courier seal and show the entire product clearly.
Note: Without a valid unboxing video, as per our courier partners’ (Delhivery/BlueDart) guidelines, no claims will be processed.
4. CONDITIONS FOR RETURN/EXCHANGE To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following criteria:
The product must be unused, unwashed, and unworn.
All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
The item must be in the same condition as when you received it.
Jewellery Items: For hygiene reasons, jewellery items are subject to a stricter inspection and must show no signs of handling.
5. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
Items purchased during a “Clearance Sale” or “Flash Sale”.
Products that have been customized or altered at the customer’s request.
Items without the mandatory unboxing video for damage claims.
6. RETURN PROCESS
Step 1: Email us at adminglamcart@gmail.com with your Order ID and the reason for return (attach the unboxing video if claiming damage).
Step 2: Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours.
Step 3: Once approved, we will provide instructions for the return shipment. (Note: Depending on the location, a nominal reverse-shipping fee may apply).
7. REFUND POLICY
Inspection: Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Timeline: Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method (Instamojo/Razorpay/Bank Account) within 5–7 business days.
Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
8. EXCHANGES We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or have a size issue (subject to availability). If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at our support address.
